Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
A successful CNA candidate will:
–Be able to share a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work ethic with our entire team of residents, families, and staff
–Be collaborative while consistently being driven to learn
–Assist in daily cares and therapies for residents
–Be invested in others, optimistic, and have the ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks
–Be an essential member of our team that is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care while upholding confidentiality and safety standards
Education and Certifications:
–High school diploma or equivalent preferred
–Must be able to pass a physical fitness test
–Certified to work as a C.N.A. in the state of Nebraska. We will train the right candidate, if not already certified.
Schedule:
Full-time; 11pm – 7am (overnight)
