Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

A successful RN or LPN candidate will:

–Share a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work ethic with our entire team of residents, families, and staff

–Have a current nursing license to practice in Nebraska (for newly graduating nurses, we will hire and begin training prior to you actually receiving your license)!

–Collaborate while consistently providing positive interactions between and among departments, disciplines, committees, and individuals

–Possess knowledge of and remain compliant with current state and federal regulatory requirements

–Promote and follow the QLI Mission and the Seven Principles of Leadership.
