This position is a supportive role, and it is integral to the success of the community. You will work with the leadership team to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System methodologies and grow this brand-new senior living community who will care for independent, assisted and memory care residents. The team member in this role will design and maintain filing systems, document, and optimize operational procedures, order supplies and equipment, maintain historical records, complete billing and collecting, oversee correspondence and reception: Greet and support visitors, answer phones, process mail and meet with residents and their families to solve billing questions. Talents that will help an individual be successful in this role include, confidence in self-direction, computer literacy (Outlook, QuickBooks, Adobe, calendars, MS Office), familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot basic office equipment (Printers, copiers, scanners, phone systems), excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, the ability to take initiative, self-start, and prioritize tasks.
