Assist management with rating issues, examples of these duties may include discussions with Account Executives regarding customer pricing matters, analysis of customer rates, assistance in analyzing customer rate comparisons by origin/destination, etc. The Publication Analyst will also be responsible for educating associates in partner departments on rating concepts to maximize rating performance.
Research with load execution with no rate return – monitor the firstname.lastname@example.org inbox for rating issues and bill to codes. It will be the responsibility of the publication analyst to investigate the issues that caused no rate to populate. (i.e. incorrect bill to code, equipment type, load date, no published rate for the move, etc.). Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers requesting assistance with publication-related issues.
Qualifications & Competencies:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of two years of Transportation and Customer Service experience is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, decision-making, reasoning, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
Flexibility to work remotely and in-person based on business needs and demand.
