Contractors Connect
Contractors Connect is a quarterly luncheon initiative by the Midlands African Chamber, Inc. (MAC), aimed at fostering growth and providing valuable resources to underserved and minority-owned contractors. This program serves as a dynamic platform for minority contractors to connect with larger general contractors, gain access to vital industry resources, and explore potential opportunities.
Program Overview
The Contractors Connect Program was created to bridge the gap between contractors and major projects or corporations by offering:
- Networking Opportunities: Engage directly with large general contractors, industry leaders, and other potential clients.
- Training and Education: Access workshops and sessions on important industry topics such as the bidding process, safety, compliance, and project management.
- Mentorship: Receive guidance from experienced professionals who can help navigate the complexities of the industry.
- Access to Capital: Learn about financing options and strategies to secure the funding needed to grow your business.
Quarterly Luncheons
Each quarter, the Contractors Connect program is hosted by a different large general contractor, providing an intimate setting for contractors to connect with key industry players. These luncheons are a great way to build relationships, gain insights, and discover upcoming contracting opportunities.
