A native of St. Louis, Jackie grew up learning the art of BBQ from her late father and uncle, later co-founding the Rib Shack in St. Louis, where she served nearly 50,000 guests and mentored others in hospitality. She’s been recognized with top honors including the Top Women Owned Business Award and the Deluxe Power 100 Award. 🌟Her husband Malcolm, a true inspiration, is a heart transplant survivor who overcame incredible health battles to stand alongside Jackie in building the Rib Shack brand in Omaha.
