Pear Tree is committed to the “more” and uses performing arts as a catalyst. Our four core values guide our organization – culture, confidence, community, and creativity. Our goals are to provide unique and empowering experiences for youth, cultural exposure, and artistic enrichment. We ensure all youth have access to quality and affordable performing arts instruction, engagement with artists of color, and opportunities to experience live performances. Pear Tree was founded to make the arts accessible, equitable, and affordable.
