Mr. Fowler has 20 years of experience in auditing, program compliance, and client service in the healthcare industry. He has worked on government contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), overseeing compliance oversight and audit contracts for Medicare Advantage Organizations, Prescription Drug Plans, Medicare Accountable Care Organizations, and the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) Model. He has held leadership and supervisory roles at Bland, managing audit teams, supervising staff, providing quality assurance, and conducting education and training. He is currently responsible for integrating consulting services to determine compliance with Hospital Price Transparency regulations and leading capture activities.
